Student life

BACHELOR STUDENT ASSOCIATIONS

You have the opportunity to get involved in exciting projects with a positive social impact, like cultural and sporting events and challenges.

There are three associations representing all students.

THE BUREAU DES ÉLÈVES (BDE)

The main purpose of the BDE (Bureau des Élèves) is to help you get the most out of your years at university - that's where the soul of the Bachelor lies. The BDE is a group of around fifteen students whose role is to unite all students and organise the highlights of the year, such as the WEI (Week End d'Intégration or Welcome Weekend) and many other unmissable events.

The BDE has divided its work - events, partnerships, community life, etc. - into four divisions. Each division has a main purpose and several members with the role of fulfilling it.

The Administration Department takes care of the administration of the association, the accounts and the communication between the different departments.

The Communication Department is in charge of communicating with the students: it sends emails, writes texts, creates posters and answers messages. It helps all students to keep up to date with what's going on in the BDE.

The Partnerships Department recruits bars, nightclubs and institutions to fund projects.

Finally, the Events Department organises the events and makes sure they run smoothly.

THE BUREAU DES SPORTS (BDS)

Do you want to get involved with the school's sports clubs?

THE BUREAU DES CLUBS (BDC)

The BDC, or Bureau des Clubs, is one of the three Audencia Bachelor associations. Its mission is to enrich campus life by creating clubs, helping them to organise their events and supporting them in their plans and passions.

There are amateur and even some professional clubs, from music to sports, from cars to the stock market... The BDC gives you the chance to try out new activities like these or pursue an existing passion with your friends on campus!

The BDC helps clubs with theme days, sports events, meet-ups, races and games, but that's not all. If students want to start a club around a new passion, the BDC will help make it happen!

The In’Clubateur at Audencia Bachelor includes:

•    Rugby Club – Eleph’Nantes
•    Dance Club - Audaaance
•    Basketball Club - Audensharks
•    Car Club – Audencia Auto Club
•    Music Club - Audace
•    Wine Club - Divin par les Épicuriens
•    Football Club - Audencia FC
•    Debating Club – Politique Club Débat
•    Sailing Club – Audencia Nautic Club

In the few years since the BDC was created, it has offered students a variety of events, including day trips to the beach with the Surfing Club, a gala dinner with the Gala Club, a show with the Singing, Music and Dance Clubs, basketball matches and an original game called 'EauGuerreGames' (you can find out more on the BDC's social media). There will also be laser tag and go-kart rides with the car club, as well as big games like kahoots and giant Just Dance and Mario Kart. And finally, challenges and big debates during the BDE and BDS elections.

Finally, the In'Clubateur brings together students from different years and enriches student life on campus. Its aim is to offer activities that encourage interaction between Audencia Bachelor students.
